Recipe
Four Servings:
1/4 cup (3/4 ounce; 25g) cocoa powder
1/4 cup (2 ounces; 55g) sugar
1 1/2 cups (355ml) milk
2/3 cup (160ml) strong coffee
whipped cream
Directions
Stir in a medium or large bowl the cocoa powder and sugar, until fully combined. In a medium or large saucepan over moderate heat, heat the milk until steaming. Whisk in the cocoa and sugar mixture, along with the coffee, continue whisking rapidly until hot and frothy. Pour into four warmed mugs and top with whipped cream.
