Eight Letters is a brand new coffee shop at Apirana Avenue in Glen Innes, that is receiving high acclaim from the customers, in large part due to the talents of its award winning barista. Opened only last month, the coffee shop has been described by one of its many customer as a ‘refreshing surprise right in the middle of Glen Innes’. The new cafe is owned by Veronica Her, who has fallen in love with New Zealand coffee culture back in 2012.
Sporting modern industrial design, the coffee shop serves common coffee and cafe drinks like espresso, but also piccolo, flat white, mochas and fruit smoothies. Its specialty lies in the three types of coffee beans it uses.
