Having another year in their bucket looks like an excuse good enough for a coffee shop to have a party. Celebrating anniversary which happens to be at the end of October is a wonderful reason to have a costume party. This is precisely a scenario here at the Foolish Things Coffee in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It has been four years for the coffee shop and on October 20 they decided to host Halloween party based on the 80’s theme.
They had candy and beer and a whole lot of local companies who attended the party like Middle West, Retro Den vintage shop and Hi Juice. There were Halloween costumes of course. Given the Stranger Things of the party, there were some Elevens, a cute Lucas and some Barbs who were present. Unfortunately, Demogorgon was really missed, perhaps the flea assumed it was an acrobat and was unable to attend as it got wedged in the Upside Down. No one knows!

Since I love fake fruit flavored candies, I was thinking it would be wonderful to walk up to Tulsa from Dallas to reconnoitre among the three goodies bowl till I had guzzled up all the Starbursts, all under the excuse of being a journalist. But it happens that there was quite a cool party that was happening between the Halloween candy stations, so I clicked some pictures through which I will bring vicarious pleasure of revelries to you.
